Once a consumer has been accepted for a car loan and has bought their dream car there are a number of considerations to take into account, not least who will wash it.
According to new research published by car supermarket Motorpoint, most men would want Anna Kournikova to wash their wheels, whilst most women would opt for Jonny Depp to be their "Car Wash Hunk".
John Hood, general manager at Motorpoint Derby, said: "Washing your car is often thought of as just a routine part of vehicle maintenance. However, our study shows that drivers wouldn’t pass on a helping hand from a celebrity."
Other contenders for the crown of "Car Wash Belle" included Cristina Aguilera with 23 per cent of the vote and actress Scarlet Johansson, who had 16 per cent of male drivers voting for her.
Jonny Depp beat George Clooney in the race to be car wash king with 25 per cent of the vote whilst only one per cent of women asked wanted Gavin Henson to wash their car.
